§ 16-7. Witness—Subpoena.

Whenever the attendance of any witness may be required before the court to establish any fact, the clerk of court shall issue a subpoena, directed to the witness, stating the time and place of trial and the parties to the case, and bearing test in the name of the judge of municipal court, which subpoena shall be served as other summons by any police officer.
