§ 16-17. Same—Judgment.

If no sufficient cause is shown, the municipal judge shall proceed to enter judgment against such principal and sureties for the amount of the bond forfeited as provided herein, and the city clerk shall issue execution for the amount of such judgment and place the same in the hands of the police chief, who shall proceed to collect the same by levy and sale as in case of tax executions.
